At Villa Mingo we strive to provide a luxurious and exclusive experience. Due to the nature of our villa, our cancellation policy is stricter than what you might find for smaller accommodations. This ensures that we can maintain fair pricing and avoid passing on the costs of last-minute cancellations to our valued guests.

Unlike smaller vacation rentals, where cancellations can sometimes be rebooked quickly, finding new guests for a large and high-end villa on short notice is significantly more challenging. If we were to offer more flexible cancellation terms, this would require higher prices for all bookings.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
If the booking is made within 60 days of the arrival date, the full amount is required upfront.

Cancellation Terms:

Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival: 10% of the total booking price will be retained.
Cancellations between 90 and 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking price (the deposit) will be retained.
Cancellations less than 60 days before arrival: No refund; 100% of the total booking price will be charged.

!! We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation !!
